1 sweet potato
1. Slice the sweet potato length-wise (carefully), and pop it in the toaster for 5-8 minutes (the thicker it is, the longer it’ll take to soften in the middle!)
2. While that’s toasting, slice up your bananas
3. Load it up with almond butter, sliced bananas, and all the superfoods you’ve got hiding in your kitchen! Some call it a snack, I call it dinner. We don’t judge.
