Move over, cauliflower pizza crust, sweet potato pizza COMING THROUGH.
1 sweet potato per person
Vegan mozzarella shreds (Trader Joe’s green bag of Almond Milk Mozz is my favorite!)
Spicy italian salami/pepperoni/sausage of choice
Red pepper flakes
1. Slice your sweet potato up, and toast each slice for 5 minutes
2. Load it up with the pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese
3. Bake at 375˚ for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly bubbly
4. Top with oregano + red pepper flakes, and enjoy!
