Description

A sweet and chocolatey twist on the standard açaí bowl, easy to adjust to your likings and even make into a chocolate smoothie instead!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional Toppings:

  • Gluten-free granola
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add coconut milk, almond butter, avocado, banana, strawberries, and cocoa powder
  2. Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes), and pour into a bowl. The texture should be fairly thick
  3. Top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
