Açaí bowls are never overrated to begin with, but CHOCOLATE ones? Boo boo, count me in. This chocolate bowl was about as paleo as it gets, filled with healthy fats and a thick/creamy consistency that I’m in love with lately! Recipe below!
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond/cashew butter
1 frozen banana
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1. Blend together almond milk, avocado, and frozen banana
2. Add in almond butter + cocoa powder, continue blending
3. The best part: toppings! I chose granola, banana, strawberries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and honey to bring out the sweetness in the bowl
