Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt (Kite Hill or Forager are great!)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/31/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add everything into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. If you like your smoothies more runny than thick, add more water!
  4. Enjoy!
