Sometimes, you 100% wing a recipe, and it works. Smoothies are often a hit or miss, but this was one of those magically successful recipes that I’ve now made four days in a row. #never #enough #blueberries Recipe below!
A refreshing twist on a breakfast favorite!
- 1 cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt (Kite Hill or Forager are great!)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- Add everything into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- If you like your smoothies more runny than thick, add more water!
